So, are you ready to dive right into the sport of CrossFit? If you’re feeling a bit unsure – don’t worry, you’re not alone.

 

Contrary to popular belief, doing CrossFit when you’re new or not very strong will not be a massively humiliating experience. In fact, the first several months are arguably the most wonderful and memorable for a CrossFitter because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits. That’s a great feeling!

 

Besides the fitness aspect of joining CrossFit Analog, there are a ton of other added benefits. Our community is made up of some of the most positive, inspirational and motivated people we know. Lifelong friendships are created here. So, if you’re looking to join a tribe – look no further. And as an added plus, you won’t have to deal with the comfortably naked locker room guy you’ll typically find at those traditional gyms. We might be a little unorthodox in our training, but we still have some rules, people!

All new athletes start with a FREE one-on-one session with one of our certified senior trainers. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine the best path to success.

 

During your FREE intro CrossFit session you will receive:

  • An overview of our unique training methodology and class options
