TRAINING PROGRAMS & RATES
Our on-ramp course will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our daily workouts (WODs).
C’mon. you didn’t think we’d just toss you into a CrossFit class to figure out for yourself, did you? Integrated On-Ramp begins with a private session where we break down how your on-ramp experience will progress, do a movement assessment and provide your on-ramp package. Our on-ramp participants commit to training 3-days per week with times and days that fit their busy schedules. Your Integrated On-Ramp Packet will be your personal checklist for movement standards and safety. One of our coaches will adjust each WOD according to where you are on your checklist to be sure all CrossFit movements are covered. Once your checklist is completed you will have the foundation needed to achieve your fitness goals.
Don’t worry, it’s not all class time. You’ll definitely work up a sweat and even create a strong bond with the other new CrossFitters in your on-ramp class. Friends who sweat together, stay together.
